COVID-19

SAFETY

Your safety is our priority. We request all in-person attendees to either have received the COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.

We recommend wearing masks for all functions, and to only be removed briefly when actively eating or drinking.

We will be monitoring social distancing and ask for your support in maintaining this.

We are reducing person-to-person contact where possible.

We are working with our venue partners to ensure a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and disinfecting.

Hand sanitizer and masks will be available.

The hotel has an air purifying system, the Merv 8.

Weather permitting, we will have the option of enjoying lunches and the cocktail reception outside.

· Fever or chills
· Cough
· Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
· Fatigue
· Muscle or body aches
· Headache
· New loss of taste or smell
