Offered on the day before the Main Conference Program, the Masterclass session is an all day event led by some of the most experienced and compelling thought-leaders in the industry. Conference registration fees cover all sessions, breakfast, lunch, breaks, receptions, and conference documentation. Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations and transportation (i.e., airfare, taxi rides, parking, etc.), if needed.
For attendee registrations, a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee will be made if cancellations are received fifteen (15) business days prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellations thereafter (including those for registrations made less than fifteen (15) business days prior to the start of the event) will receive credit to attend next year’s conference. If the attendee is not able to attend next year’s conference, then the registration is forfeited. Refunds or transfers may not be issued to any registrant who fails to attend a conference and who has not provided prior notice.
Payments may be made by American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, checks, or wire transfer.
Your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization or you may use the credit towards a future event, as long as the future event occurs within 365 days of the original event date. If you would like to send a replacement, please let us know as soon as possible so we may update the registration information in our system to ensure a smooth check-in on-site.
Please Note: Speakers and agenda are subject to change. In the event of a speaker cancellation, significant effort to find a suitable replacement will be made. In case of conference cancellation, conference and conference organizer liability is limited to refund of the conference registration fee only.
